Joint Operating Agreement to alter Article 10 under Article 2.

Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC)
Purpose:
This policy agreement outlines the modifications made to Article 10, Section 2 (Article 2) of Member Conduct, and establishes the operational framework for the Naval Special Warfare Command within the Freedom Fighter Fleet community.
Agreement Details:
Modification of Article 10 Section 2:
The Freedom Fighter Fleet has agreed to a "Carve-Out" and modification of Article 10, Section 2 of Member Conduct.
The Naval Special Warfare Command will now operate under the banner of the Freedom Fighter Fleet in-game.
Naval Special Warfare Command will continue to operate with it's own command outside of the server on Arma Reforger.
Adherence to Existing Regulations:
All other details outlined in Article 10 will continue to apply under normal circumstances within the game and our discord, ensuring that member conduct remains consistent with established standards.
Operational Autonomy:
To foster a collaborative relationship, the Freedom Fighter Fleet agrees to allow the Naval Special Warfare Command to operate within the FFF server.
The NSWC will be permitted to utilize its own rules and regulations when the members of Freedom Fighter Fleet are not actively participating in-game.
Implementation and Compliance:
Both parties agree to uphold the terms of this policy agreement and ensure that all members are aware of the modifications and operational procedures.
Regular assessments will be conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of this agreement and to address any potential issues that may arise.

By signing below, both parties confirm their understanding and acceptance of the terms outlined in this policy agreement.
