Voting Policy

Applied to: Empire Wide (Fleet Wide)

All members of Freedom Fighter Fleet regardless of department or fleet assets thereof are free members that have a voice. This can be done through the following:

  • Calling/Requesting a Vote.

  • Participating in a vote.

  • Canceling a vote.

Calling a Vote (Requesting):

Calling a vote means that the members can express their concerns on a specific topic or directional heading of the community.

This can be done in a few ways:

  • "I move to vote on the motion." This is a formal way to request a vote.

  • "Can we take a vote on this now?" This is a more informal way to request a vote.

  • "I call for a vote." This is a more direct way to request a vote.

This comes with a broad sense of ability. Down from removing a commander from command to removing a member from the community altogether. Of course this can be vetoed by High Command.

Participating in a Vote:

All members of the Empire (Fleet) have a voice in any vote, excluding High Command (High Command vote separately before implementation).

Canceling a Vote:

For a vote to be canceled, It must be shown that it was under false and misleading information. This means, High Command can single handedly cancel a vote under these means. Additionally, The Judicial Team can also cancel a vote if, It is deemed to violate rights and or been seen as malice towards others. For the vast part, It requires the individual that casted the vote to cancel the vote.

Disclosure!!!!

High Command members have the ability to stop a vote should it violate the sanctity and integrity of the Empire (Fleet).
