Article 1: Respect for Boundaries & Personal Conduct
1.1. General Conduct:
All members are expected to treat each other with respect at all times, regardless of rank or position.
Harassment, witch hunting, sexism, racism, and religious persecution are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.
Respect for personal boundaries is paramount.
1.2. Freedom of Expression:
"Speak Freely" requests or commands are granted at the discretion of the Commander or designated Commanders.
Open expression must be conducted within designated communication channels, specifically uncensored tagged categories, to avoid inappropriate targeting of individuals.
Consistent behavior intended to make others uncomfortable will be subject to review and disciplinary action, with severity based on the situation.
Article 2: Chain of Command Compliance
2.1. Hierarchy:
All members shall demonstrate respect for the established Chain of Command.
Individuals must adhere to the directives of those holding superior ranks and follow instructions as dictated by the hierarchy within the organization.
Article 3: Mutual Assistance in Conflict
3.1. Support and Cohesion:
Members are expected to support their fellow team members during combat and conflict situations.
This support is not only encouraged but considered a duty to ensure the success and cohesion of the unit.
Article 4: Promotion of Harmonious Environment
4.1. Zero-Tolerance for Disruption:
A zero-tolerance policy towards disruptive behavior, including but not limited to personal conflicts or unwarranted disputes, shall be maintained.
All individuals are expected to contribute to an atmosphere free from drama or unnecessary tension.
Article 5: Ensuring Fun and Inclusive Environment
5.1. Community Engagement:
All members shall actively contribute to fostering an enjoyable and engaging environment for all.
Participation in activities must be inclusive and focused on the enjoyment of the community.
Article 6: Branch Specified Focus
6.1. Branch Integrity:
Members are expected to remain focused on their respective branches.
Engagement with or involvement in the activities of other branches is discouraged unless explicitly authorized or necessary for operational purposes.
Article 7: Fleet Tag Requirement
7.1. Operational Integrity:
Fleet identification tags must be worn at all times by members.
This is essential for maintaining operational integrity and ensuring clear identification within the unit.
Article 8: Uniform Standards
8.1. Official Attire:
Uniforms or prescribed outfits must be worn during all official fleet activities.
This policy will be enforced during the following events:
Fleet Meetings
Open/Public Sessions (when applicable)
Organized Events
8.2. Enforcement:
Failure to comply with uniform standards may result in disciplinary actions.
Article 9: Exclusivity of Membership
9.1. Single Affiliation:
Members are prohibited from joining or forming other military organizations while part of this unit.
This policy aims to ensure loyalty, prevent conflicting orders, and maintain operational coherence.
9.2. Community Formation:
Members seeking to create a community under the broader Freedom Fighter Fleets umbrella must first obtain approval from a High Command member.
This process ensures alignment with the Fleet's overall goals and values.
9.3. Dual Membership:
Dual membership in competing organizations will not be tolerated.
This policy prevents potential conflicts of interest and ensures the unity of the Fleet.
Article 10: Guest Compliance
10.1. Guest Conduct:
All guests visiting or participating in fleet activities must adhere to the following core rules:
Respect for personal boundaries and conduct (Article 1)
Compliance with the Chain of Command (Article 2)
Avoidance of drama (Article 4)
Contribution to a positive environment (Article 5)
10.2. Guest Responsibility:
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the standards and values of the Fleet.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the guest being asked to leave the activity.
Policy Amendment Clause
These policies are subject to revision as the community develops.
All members are required to remain informed of any updates or changes to these policies, which may be made at the discretion of the governing body.
Changes to the policies will be communicated through designated channels, ensuring all members are aware of any updates.
