Community Construction

This policy outlines the intent of how communities shall be provisioned. (Applies to all)

Provisioning Rules 1.1

a. All rules, Guidelines, or Otherwise shall be built or reformed to adhere to Fleetcom Policy. b. They shall deliver and communicate clear intent. c. They shall be made in fairness and logically. d. If ANY rule is deemed in violation of policy or otherwise, The Judicial System will and can strike it down.

Notice

Rules CANNOT be changed verbally or be made fit outside of its initial intent without prior 48 hour written notice of expected change publicly. Until change is made, The old or yet to be modified rule shall be the one enforced. Any previous violation cannot be held against a person unless it was a clear violation of the rules at that time of the violation. All changes must be made IN WRITING. Verbal rules are NOT nor never will be valid.
