Bill of Rights

These are the rights of our people. More rights will be added as we grow and adapt!

Amend 1: Freedom of Speech

• Our members have the right to Freedom of Speech. This includes the expression of hate speech; however, it is subject to limitations.

  • Time and Place Clause: There are specific circumstances where this freedom may be restricted. For detailed information, refer to 1.2 Freedom of Expression under Member Conduct.

Amend 2: Right to Privacy

• Our members have the right to privacy.

  • Note: This right can be overridden by Fleetcom Status Personnel when deemed necessary.

Amend 3: Right to Challenge

• Our members have the right to challenge orders/decisions issued by those in leadership or command. This ensures accountability and transparency within the organization.

Amend 4: Freedom of Religion/Belief

• Our members are entitled to Freedom of Religion and Belief. This allows them to express their beliefs without fear of persecution or discrimination.
