Code of Ethics

As a Agent of the FBI, You've sworn by default to protect and defend the people from tyrannical entities or individuals that otherwise seek to do ill to those people. We in the FBI have ethics that bring trust to community. That unfortunately means we will make enemies, but not one single agent is above the law and we do NOT create laws, We enforce the laws. This means, by establishing trust with the local police, sheriff, and other local agencies. Remember, Its not about being above the local agencies, Its about being a team player. Those agencies already know the FBI is above them. We needn't remind them of that.

Building Trust

In the FBI, We operate on the law, though sometimes, We must employ the public for help, and the best way by doing such is building trust through community outreach, making small talk, Be yourself First and a Agent Second. We must show the public we care and are NOT mindless robots of power and authority.

Building Communication

Communication is blatantly important, With this in mind, Its important to show care and concern in your voice for what people go through, Remember, We respond to some of the worst calls in the history of Law Enforcement and these are the worst moments of their lives. This is why trust is so important.

Building a Foundation

The foundation as it sits is equally fundamental to the success of the agency. Building a case requires evidence, methodical thinking, and the right frame of mind. Thus its crucial to rely on all training provided. It may save your career as agent. So, What is the foundation? A foundation is the common ground for us agents to work with to open the public up for communication for those who have been traumatized by a major event.
