Community Manager

A Community Managers job is to make certain all staff are treating the masses properly, they are who will hire new staff for the server. They could be granted the ability to ban if trusted. They also can and will fire members from being staff. They are who you will call for staff abuse in the server. Ofcourse, Owners can as well take care of the problem, but generally will not get involved unless the problem is the Community Manager. This said, A Standard of Ethics is to be enforced as Staff, and that is, be humble, respectful, understanding, and unbiased. Requirements:

  • Be of good moral character.

  • Be calm under stress.

  • Be able to read between the lines.

  • Be able to be sociable.

  • Be able to think big picture.

  • Be able to manage a team or two.
