Freedom Fighter Fleet (FFF) Exile Outline

Purpose of Exile

• To remove individuals from the community who consistently violate regulations or pose a threat to the safety and integrity of the Freedom Fighter Fleet. This decision impacts fleet more-so over than the individual and do to that reason, only High Command can exile people.

Criteria for Exile

Exile may be considered for the following reasons:

1. Severe Insubordination

• Definition: Repeated refusal to comply with commands or directives from leadership.

• Examples:

  • Ignoring multiple direct orders during missions.

  • Actively working against leadership decisions.

2. Persistent Toxic Behavior

• Definition: Continuous engagement in behavior that harms the community’s environment.

• Examples:

  • Ongoing harassment or bullying of members.

  • Repeated use of hate speech or discriminatory comments.

3. Cheating or Exploiting

• Definition: Engaging in unethical practices to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.

• Examples:

  • Use of cheats, hacks, or mods.

  • Exploiting game glitches deliberately.

4. Breach of Trust or Confidentiality

• Definition: Violating the trust placed in members by disclosing sensitive information.

• Examples:

  • Sharing personal details of members without consent.

  • Spreading false information that damages reputations.

5. Failure to Comply with Community Standards

• Definition: Consistent disregard for the values and regulations of the FFFC.

• Examples:

  • Repeated violations of the Bill of Rights.

  • Actions that reflect negatively on the community’s reputation.

Exile Process

1. Investigation

• An initial investigation will be conducted to gather evidence and context regarding the allegations.

2. Evidence Review

• All collected evidence will be reviewed by a designated committee of leadership to assess the validity of the claims.

3. Decision Making

• The committee will decide on the exile status based on:

  • Severity of the violations.

  • Frequency of infractions.

  • Impact on the community.

4. Notification

• The individual will be formally notified of their exile status, including the reasons and any relevant evidence.

• Members of the community will be FORCED to remove the person or persons off of their Friends list. (Failure to do so, WILL lead to that rebellious members expulsion and shall also be added to the List)

Duration of Exile

• Exiles are permanent.

Reinstatement Process

• Individuals who have been exiled WILL NEVER get off this list unless proven innocent.

• If, innocent, A review will be conducted to evaluate changes in behavior and adherence to community standards.
