President (P1): The President is the Overall Operations Commander. He/She is tasked with Community Development and Political Delegation's. The Office is charged with being the last line of defense in ANY circumstance.
Article I - Section 1 (Community Development) Community Development is defined by the degree of future planning, prevention, logistics, and forecasting the needs of the community. The purpose is provide an adaptive structure that cannot be destroyed. Article II - Section 1 (Political Delegation's) Political Delegation's is defined by the ability to represent the group and it's people in a official manner that is consistent with professionalism. His/Her job is to delegate talks with foreign communities. Similarly in times of war, His/Her job is delegate a peaceful resolution. In addition to prevent ANY future outbreaks.

Director of Operations (D1): The Director of Operations keeps and maintains overall operational readiness and success though the means of community involvement. Thus, This is how the Director formulates a plan to keep and maintain the community.
Article I - Section 1 (Operational Readiness Defined) Operational Readiness is defined by success to keep and maintain the masses motivated and with a sense of purpose to want to be involved with the community. This is done through events, and other forms of community engagement. Article I - Section 2 (Keeping and Maintaining) Keeping and Maintaining is defined through placement of key assets (Asset Utilization) that can and will be crucial to Operational Readiness. This is a particularly tricky process as you will need to be aware of the teams needs and wants and to be able to delegate that in a professional manner that is consistent with providing results that you cannot see for some time and thus be able to formulate a plan and enact said plan to keep and maintain success.
Deputy Director of Operations (D2): The Deputy Director of Operations is the Executor to The Director of Operations and is tasked with keeping and maintaining overall operational readiness and success though the means of community involvement. Thus, This is how the Director formulates a plan to keep and maintain the community.

Head Secretary (HSEC): The Head Secretary is effectively a buffer for High Command. Though the Office is tasked with running the Administrative Department, Other task can be assigned to the Secretary by High Command.
Article I - Section 1 (Buffer):
The Head Secretary is a buffer/assistant for High Command. The reason this is needed is due to High Commands high intensity workloads. The Head Secretary serves as a case by case basis High Command Official. Therefore, Sometimes, High Command will send the Head Secretary to delegate on their behalf. Article II - Section 1 (Administrative Office):
The Head Secretary serves as the Head of the Administrative Department in Fleetcom. Thus is tasked with Managing the Department as a whole. This means from Financial, Marketing, Politics, Relations, Human Resources, Etc. The Office is tasked with this in lieu of the already high intensity work environment for High Command.
Senators (SEN): Senators are effectively, A Console Commander. They are tasked with the overall operations for that console. There is only one senator per console.

Governor (GOV): Governors are effectively a game commander. They are tasked with operations for that game. Such as, Grand Theft Auto V Online's Governor is solely tasked with it's operations. These are Leadership Positions that are to provide, Purpose, Direction, Communication, Motivation, and Vision. They CANNOT command another game.
Article I - Section 1 (Game Commander) A Game Commander (Governor) is defined by the sole purpose to improve a games operations. He/She is tasked with Governing a game. Article II - Section 1. (Purpose) To provide purpose is to provide motivation to obtain a desired result. How do you obtain having one believe they have a purpose? Purpose is provided when they believe in themselves and what they are assigned to achieve. Article II - Section 2. (Motivation) Duty, Honor, Patriotism, Heroism, Legends, Religion. The principals and the baseline of motivation. But, How is one motivated? Motivation... It is not an easy task. The values of a person is one of the MOST key factors to having basis to self-motivate. The best way to motivate a person is to praise them for good deeds. Moral is another factor. If, Moral is low, Motivation will decrease. So, It is one of those things that requires a lot of self introspective. Article II - Section 3. (Direction) Direction... The vision of ones goals. The prodigy of public image. The core of achieving a mission or desired goal. How does one provide direction? By believing in the vision you wish to accomplish.
Article II - Section 4. (Communication)
Communication is defined by how members of a team interact with one another, the accepted social behaviors of a team (such as expressing ideas, voicing opinions and concerns, offering help, and resolving conflict), and methods of communication.
Secretary of Defense (SECDEF): The Secretary of Defense is a vital role among the Military Administration. It's often overlooked as a title rather than a Military Position of Leadership. The Office is tasked with Military Development that is geared towards combat readiness, effectiveness, and efficiency.

Secretary of Army (SECARM): The Secretary of Army is the Head Administrative Leader for the Department of Army. Logistics, Combat Readiness, Aggressiveness, Efficiency, Domination, and Effectiveness.
Article I - Section 1 (Logistics) Logistics is the transfer of personnel and materiel from one location to another, as well as the maintenance of that materiel is essential for a military to be able to support an ongoing deployment or respond effectively to emergent threats.
