Begin: OT OCS Orientation Introduction - Hi, Welcome to The Freedom Fighter Fleet Officer Candidate School. We will be teaching you how to perform as a Officer. And, Understand the Meaning and or Title of your possible future Officer title. I am going to be straight forward with you. Some, if not all of you will not pass. Now lets begin.

Explanation

There is Multiple Phases to becoming an Officer of the Freedom Fighter Fleet. You will be in OCS-Officer Candidate School for 3 Months. There is a Minimum of 3 Phases in Officer Candidate School. Each Phase is a 30 day Course. In addition that each officer candidate will be trained on universal understanding and the specific training requirements. Specific training is for particular games.

3). SENIOR PHASE III

1). BASIC PHASE I - Testing

2). INTERMEDIATE PHASE II - FLX (FIELD LEADERSHIP EXERCISE)

3). SENIOR PHASE III - Internship | Evaluation
