Course Overview

Course Overview:

OCS is a 3 Month Leadership course, during which the cadre constantly develop and evaluate the performance and potential of the Candidates for commissioning as Second Lieutenants and Ensigns.

Eligibility:

1.2.1.1. Is a Freedom Fighter Fleet Member and above E-9 or equivalent;

1.2.1.2. Is of good moral character;

1.2.1.3. Is physically qualified for active service.

1.2.1.4. Has such other special qualifications as the Secretary of the military department concerned may prescribe by regulation.

Ideology for OCS

1). Teachings to become an Officer Candidate.

2). Teach how an Officer Operates

3). Be given a test by an OI/Officer Instructor.

4). Be Interviewed OI/Officer Instructor.

5). Be interviewed by Fleetcom.

6). Wait to Receive Commissioning.
